Development of DNA isolation and live-dead qPCR protocols for the detection and quantification of wastewater treatment process indicator microorganisms. Investigating helminth ova identification and viability testing procedures for wastewater. Use of qPCR for the quantification of Ascaris as a predictor for sludge treatment processes.
